This site uses cookies that track sessions anonymously, lets readers send contact requests and relies on Google Analytics.
By filling in the “Contacts” form or writing to the addresses provided, the user sends personal data to the Controller — [company name, address, e-mail] — pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR.

Purpose and legal basis
Handling and responding to the request (Art. 6 § 1 (b) GDPR – pre-contractual measures; alternatively Art. 6 § 1 (f) – legitimate interest of the Controller in dealing with enquiries)
Providing the data marked as mandatory is necessary to receive a reply; failure to do so will make it impossible to process the request.
Processing methods and security measures
Data are handled by authorised internal staff, using electronic tools and, where necessary, paper files, in line with the principles of minimisation and “privacy by design/by default”. Any anti-spam or security systems are configured in a privacy-friendly way, with anonymised IP addresses and collection limited to security logs.
Retention period
Data collected through the form are stored for 12 months from the end of the correspondence, unless a longer period is required for legal defence or statutory obligations (storage-limitation principle).
Possible recipients
Hosting/e-mail providers and ticket-management systems (as external processors under Art. 28 GDPR)
Possible transfer to Google LLC in the United States in accordance with the Data Privacy Framework or SCCs
Transfers to non-EU countries
Any transfer of data outside the EEA takes place:
on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision (for Google); or
via Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) with additional safeguards.
Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a web-analytics platform provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow St., Dublin 4, Ireland). GA4 enables aggregated analysis of site usage and helps improve performance.

Purpose and legal basis

Extra-EU transfer
Data may be processed by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA, USA). Transfers occur:
under the “EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework” adequacy decision (10 July 2023), for which Google is certified; or
alternatively, via Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
Google states that it applies additional security safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest, restricted-access policies).
Refusal or withdrawal of consent
You can:
refuse tracking by clicking “Reject all” in the banner;
reopen the cookie manager (“Review cookies” at the bottom of the page) at any time and change your choice;
install Google’s opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Refusing consent does not affect use of the site.
Data-subject rights
Data subjects may exercise their rights under Arts. 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent) at any time by writing to info@unicornrealestate.it. They may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
